  • Q What is the warranty on my unit?

    A For most of Prowalls Products, we provide you 1 year warranty since the date you purchased, for further details, please kindly check our warranty policy.
  • Q What is the process of ordering parts from Prowalls?

    A Tell us what part you need, we will give you the parts cost plus shipping. and ship out the part to you after payment.
  • Q Should you pay for the parts during the warranty?

    A During warranty, you don’t need pay parts except lamp; When it is out of warranty, the customer need pay parts cost and shipping. 
  • Q Where do I send my unit for service/ repairs?

    Please confirm with us before you return, Return to Factory Repair Service
    a) For problems of Products that cannot be solved by online remote service, Prowalls will confirm with the customers whether to provide returning to the factory repair service.
    b) If factory repair service is needed, customer shall bear the freight, insurance, tariff and customs clearance for return delivery of the returned products or parts to factory. And Prowalls will send back the repaired products or parts to customer and only bear one-way freight.
    c) Prowalls will reject unauthorized return delivery via pay upon arrival and will not be liable for any tariffs and custom clearance fees. Prowalls shall not be held liable for any defects, damages or losses of the repaired products or parts due to transportation or improper package.
  • Q For repair , if I don’t have the original box can I still send it in?

    A Yes, double box all returns and be sure they are secure before shipping. Pack the unit and surround it with suitable packing materials such as Styrofoam peanuts or foam. Never ship anything packed in shredded paper, newspaper or other easily compressed materials. 
  • Q How can I become an Authorized Dealer?

    A Please contact us or fill out the dealer application form available on our Website.
  • Q Can I purchase units directly from Prowalls?

    A In some area,we sale directly if there is not authorized dealer. Prowalls committed to establish widely available through a global network of authorized dealers and distributors, please kindly contact with us for further information.
  • Q How much does Prowalls charge if my unit is not under warranty?

    A It all depends on the unit and the issues that the unit has. The price would vary based on the cost of parts and the labor needed to repair the unit. 
  • Q What is the turn-around time for repairs?

  • Q I received my unit broken, what do I do?

  • Q I received my unit DOA; can you send me a new one right away?

    A If your unit is dead, please call us and we will do our best to make sure the issue with your light is resolved.
